The Data Enablement Executive will be the link between Sales, Salesforce, Marketing & Business Support. This role will be to take responsibility of enrichment of the data, campaign management and analysing performance of campaigns. You will be working in a KPI driven environment which is fast-paced, professional but fun! Reporting directly into the Business Support Manager, you will play an integral part in contributing to the overall success of the sales teams.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Data cleansing and enrichment for prospective clients from Webinars, Campaigns and existing Group data.
- Updating records with insights from cross platforms and external sources information i.e. company size, phone numbers etc
- Working quickly with the stakeholders to refresh and add data as required
- Reviewing/assessing bad data and No Sales Opportunity prospects against the criteria set
- Providing Campaign Managers and Associate Director of Digital Growth assessments of categorisation for future optimisation
- Supporting nurture strategies for building campaigns
- Liaise with the Sales, Marketing and Salesforce teams to understand data entry requirements
- Manage the distribution of enriched data
- Organise the setup of campaigns in Salesforce
- Analyse performance of campaigns created
- Creation of reports and dashboards in both Excel & Salesforce
- Provide insight and actions to the SLT relating to Sales campaign performance
What you bring to the team:
- Strong Microsoft Office software experience; Word and Powerpoint with expert Excel skills
- Attention to detail, ability to analyse and interpret data
- Experience with statistical analysis and able to problem solve data errors
- A strong team member with a willingness to assist and support others as required
- Experience in a fast-paced organisation
