      We’re working with a dynamic and growing organisation in Hinckley that’s on the lookout for a Client Relationship Specialist to join their high-performing team!

      This role is all about people, problem-solving, and retention!

      You’ll be the first point of contact for clients looking to renegotiate or cancel their agreements – your mission is to turn that around by offering fast, effective, and solutions-focused service.

      Think of yourself as the calm in the storm – someone who thrives in high-pressure situations, loves a good challenge, and genuinely enjoys keeping clients happy and on board!

      Day to Day

      • Acting as the first point of contact for service queries and retention conversations
      • Handling challenging client calls with professionalism and care
      • Investigating issues and working closely with internal teams to resolve them
      • Always keeping client satisfaction and retention at the heart of everything you do

      • Confident communicator with strong phone-based customer service experience
      • Skilled in managing difficult conversations and turning them into solutions
