      I’m partnered with a national, market-leading business advisory brand who are looking to hire a bright, customer-obsessed Administrator to join their Claims Division in Hinckley!

      This is supporting their Claims Consultants day-to-day – making sure documentation, process, and client experience is flawless.

      This is about being the engine room that keeps the claims process moving, the standards high, and the customer experience exceptional.

      Day to Day

      • Log & manage new claims instructions
      • Work alongside Claims Consultants to chase / gather outstanding information from accountancy practices
      • Support the claims payment process
      • Fully own the customer experience throughout
      • Pick up overflow calls with a professional / composed style
      • Always ensure FCA compliant processes are followed

      YOU?

      • You are organised, methodical, accurate
      • You’re naturally helpful / service driven
      • You build quick rapport with people on the phone
      • You’re good with systems & MS Excel
      • Tax background is useful, but absolutely not required
