      Position: Business Support Administrator

      Location: Downtown Toronto (near Union Station, fully on-site x5 days a week)

      Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

      Type: Full time permanent + perks (3 weeks of vacation, with increases after 2 and 5 years of service, employer-paid benefits, a pension plan, monthly incentives, team social events)

      Reporting to the Business Support Team Lead, this role plays a vital part in helping the sales team achieve targets while ensuring full compliance with all processes. The Business Support Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Business Development and Internal Sales Teams.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Monitor the Business Support mailbox and Microsoft Teams chats, prioritizing and processing all requests promptly in line with SLAs.

      • Support BDMs with preparing and issuing non-standard quotes and contracts.

      • Manage updates to BDM calendars, coordinating both onsite and virtual meetings.

      • Assist the Business Development and Internal Sales Teams with sales processes, meeting adjustments, and pipeline management.

      • Oversee the processing of team expenses in line with company procedures.

      • Administer team absences, sickness, and lateness, ensuring documentation is completed and filed appropriately in line with company policies.

      • Deliver excellent customer service consistently.

      • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

      • Lead the Business Support team with a positive, proactive attitude, driving process improvements where possible.

      • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Business Support Team Lead.

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, including prospects, clients, and intermediaries.

      • Manage Salesforce and telephony systems in accordance with company policy.

      • Perform additional tasks as required by management.

      What You Bring

      • Strong experience and proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including advanced reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

      • High-level competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and motivate a team to consistently meet SLAs.

      • Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

      • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
