Sales Consultant – Manchester City Centre

£25,500 basic + uncapped commission = Up to £90,000

Start Date: Monday 13^th April & Monday 11^th May 2026

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll receive leads to go through, speak to businesses from small to large in any industry, and gain a solid reputation in the market.

You will deal with inbound/outbound calls, fact find and arrange video meetings.

You’ll discuss a platform that can help businesses streamline and manage processes in the HR & Payroll field. This role is solely B2B based.

So, what does your first year look like? Let’s break it down:

First 4 weeks: We invest in YOU with fully paid, industry-specific training-you’ll learn everything you need to start generating deals like a pro.

First wage checks: Guaranteed commission of £300 in your first 3 months, and in your 4^th month with us you can expect to take home £2,000 in comms – and that’s just the beginning.

Year-on-year earnings growth: Top performers quickly hit six-figure salaries

12-18 months in: You’ve been promoted to BDM, your no longer on the phones, your now sitting video meetings with decision makers, and closing sales.

Next step? Sales Partner level. Your career progression doesn’t stop-neither does your earning potential.
