      Business Development Representative

      With decades of success and a massive global footprint, they offer the stability of a market leader with the high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere of a modern sales floor. They are currently looking for hungry, resilient Business Development Representatives to join their Toronto team (working 5 days in office per week) and help protect Canadian business owners.

      The Compensation & Benefits

      • Earnings: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (First-year OTE can go up to $100,000+).

      The Role: Become a Sales Pro

      As a BDR, you are the engine of the sales process. This is a “hunter” role that requires grit and high activity:

      • Outbound Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to business owners through high-volume cold calling. Expect a daily outbound call target of 80-100.
      • Lead Generation: Overcoming objections and navigating past gatekeepers to book high-quality appointments for senior consultants.
      • Consultative Approach: Learning to speak the language of business owners to show them how our client’s services reduce their risk and liability.
      • Environment: This is a 100% in-office role in Toronto, offering a collaborative environment where you can learn from top-tier mentors daily.

      What You Bring to the Table

      • Experience: 1+ year of B2B sales experience is required.
      • Cold Calling Grit: You are comfortable making a high volume of calls and have a proven track record of booking meetings.
      • Resilience: You have a “never-give-up” attitude and thrive in a performance-based environment.
      • Location: You are ready to work 5 days a week in a high-energy Downtown Toronto office (Walkable from Union Station).
