      We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Employment Documentation Consultant to join our fast-paced HR Consultancy team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them build, refine, and maintain tailored employment documentation that ensures compliance and operational excellence.

      Work environment: 5 days in office, Downtown Toronto off Union station

      Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience.

      Key Responsibilities

      Your daily focus will be on delivering high-quality HR documentation and providing an exceptional client experience through the following actions:

      • Consultation & Customization: Conduct video and telephone consultations to assess client needs and draft bespoke employment policies and procedures.
      • Compliance & Auditing: Review existing client documents to identify legislative breaches or grammatical errors, ensuring all content aligns with current provincial standards.
      • Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with clients by providing personalized support and maintaining a high standard of service in every interaction.
      • Implementation Support: Guide clients through their online HR portals and ensure they understand how to effectively issue and manage documentation within their workforce.
      • Collaboration: Coordinate with Field Consultants and internal teams to resolve queries and drive engagement with supplemental HR services.
      • Workflow Management: Independently manage your task list to meet strict KPIs, SLAs, and deadlines while accurately logging all activity in Salesforce.

      Qualifications & Experience

      The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR technical knowledge and client-facing professionalism:

      • Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
      • Professional Designation: CHRP designation is mandatory or working towards
      • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR capacity, with a specific focus on policy and procedure creation.
      • Legislative Knowledge: A strong understanding of Canadian Provincial Employment Standards and legislation.
      • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
