Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a culture driven business, that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.
This role will be based in Bradford, and will be on site 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £20 – £22 per hour as well as holiday pay.
As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Support on the backlog of long-term sickness absences
- Providing support to line managers and senior leaders regarding absence cases
- Work with the individuals to support them returning to work
The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;
- Proven experience of managing complex employee relations cases, especially sickness
- Be highly organised and strong communication skills
- Be available immediately
