      Product Analyst – £50,000-£55,000

      Office-Based

      We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key business stakeholders to help shape and improve our products through customer insight and data-driven decision making.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Gather and document business and user requirements, translating them into actionable product requirements.
      • Analyse customer feedback, product usage and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.
      • Work alongside Product Managers to prioritise features and maintain the product backlog.
      • Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
      • Collaborate with Engineering, Design and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
      • Monitor product performance using data and KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
      • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
      • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

      What we’re looking for:

      • Previous experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst within a product-led environment.
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
      • Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
      • Experience working within Agile teams.
      • Knowledge of SQL or product analytics tools would be advantageous.
