      • Lead by example by managing your own complex retention cases while coaching the team on best practices and effective save strategies.
      • Accurately document client interactions and agreed outcomes.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns where appropriate.
      • Identify recurring reasons for customer churn and share insights to help improve retention strategies.
      • Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where every conversation makes a difference.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Proven experience in B2B client retention and/or renewals.
      • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
      • Experience working within KPI-driven or target-based environments.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
      • Ability to remain calm, confident, and solution-focused during challenging conversations.
      • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
      • Experience within telecom, SaaS, professional services, or subscription-based businesses is considered an asset.

      What’s In It For You

      • Proven experience in B2B client retention and/or renewals.
      • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
      • Competitive base salary of $60,000-$75,000 with commission paid per renewal + bonus
      • Additional incentives based on team performance
      • Three weeks of vacation plus your birthday off
      • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
      • Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
      • Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly growing international organization
      • Join an award-winning culture that values collaboration, development, and internal promotion
