      We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and client-focused HR professional to join our Employment Consulting team. This fast-paced role is responsible for providing expert guidance on employment documentation, supporting clients with compliant HR documentation, and delivering exceptional service through virtual and occasional onsite consultations.

      The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations navigate HR documentation requirements.

      You will be working full-time in office, in Downtown Toronto, off King and Union station.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Conduct virtual client meetings to review, create, and update employment documentation in accordance with current employment legislation and HR best practices.
      • Prepare and deliver customized employment-related documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client needs.
      • Attend onsite client meetings when required to review documentation, provide guidance, and address HR-related concerns.
      • Stay informed on changes to employment legislation, HR best practices, and internal processes to ensure documentation remains legally compliant and up to date.
      • Manage client requests efficiently while meeting established service standards, response times, and performance metrics.
      • Build strong, professional relationships with clients by providing responsive, practical, and solution-focused HR support.
      • Advise clients on employment documentation, identifying potential areas of risk and recommending appropriate, commercially practical solutions.
      • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, documentation, and activities using internal systems.
      • Complete ongoing training and professional development as required.
      • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional HR services and resources where appropriate.
      • Encourage client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement and client satisfaction initiatives.
      • Take ownership of client files from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer service throughout.
      • Represent the organization professionally in all virtual, telephone, and in-person interactions.
      • Support additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned by leadership.

      Qualifications & Skills

      • CHRP designation is required.
      • Previous experience in Human Resources with a strong understanding of employment legislation and HR documentation.
      • Excellent written communication, editing, and document preparation skills.
      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
      • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and resolving issues with practical, business-focused solutions.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      • Professional and confident communication skills across video conferencing, telephone, and in-person interactions.
      • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication and solutions to meet diverse client needs.
      • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace new initiatives, technologies, and evolving business requirements.
      • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team success and organizational goals.
