Sales Development Representative (B2B)
Location: Hinckley (Onsite)
Salary: Up to £27,000 + Guaranteed £500/month commission for your first 3 months
Uncapped Commission | Average OTE £40,000 | Top Earners £60,000+

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a market-leading business that provides services to the Accountancy, Compliance, HR and Health & Safety sectors. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have previous sales experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with clear career progression.
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to maximise sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual targets in a supportive, high-performance environment.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident, driven and resilient individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and desire to succeed.
- Previous sales experience or a recent graduate looking to start a sales career.
What’s on offer:
- Up to £27,000 basic salary. Guaranteed £500/month commission for your first 3 months.
- Uncapped commission (Average OTE £40,000, top performers earn £60,000+).
