We are hiring for an immediate Kronos Time and Attendance Analyst supporting Payroll by administering and optimizing the Kronos (UKG) timekeeping system. This role ensures accurate collection of employee work hours, manages leave and exception workflows, resolves timekeeping issues, and partners closely with Payroll, HR, and operational teams to maintain compliance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Kronos Time & Attendance processes, ensuring accurate capture of employee hours, overtime, leave, and exceptions.
- Process Time & Attendance corrections, exemptions, and follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely submissions for payroll.
- Monitor and audit leave entries and allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Validate Kronos time entries to ensure compliance and readiness for payroll processing.
- Perform data reconciliation between Kronos, HRIS, and Payroll systems.
- Support regular and off‑cycle payroll cycles by ensuring accurate and complete timekeeping data.
- Analysis, Troubleshooting & Reporting
- Analyze attendance data to identify trends, discrepancies, or compliance risks.
- Investigate system or process issues and participate in updates, configuration changes, and regression testing.
- Respond to inquiries regarding timekeeping policies, Kronos time entry issues, and leave entitlements.
- Provide guidance and training on Kronos use.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams regarding leave updates and process impacts.
- Compliance, Controls & Year‑End Processing
- Ensure Kronos processes comply with organizational policies and labour standards.
- Support year‑end validation of leave balances and system updates.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years in payroll, Time & Attendance, or Operations.
- Experience with Kronos/UKG or similar timekeeping systems is required
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Trouble shooting; problem solving skills is a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
