Business Sales Consultant – Hinckley

£25,000 + uncapped commission = £65,000+ per year

NO LATES: 8:45AM – 5:30PM (1 Saturday per month 10am – 2pm)

What will your first-year look like?

Upon joining you’ll go through 4 weeks of fully paid, industry specific training

We’ve got staff who have progressed to Sales Managers & BDMs within 12 months. Even our Head of Sales started out as a Sales Consultant and moved up the ladder into her current role. Perform well with us and your title will reflect it.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, assisting with managing their diaries, and taking a chunk of the reward when they close the appointments you book. You must be comfortable generating your own leads, making outbound calls, and building rapport.
