With significant financial backing, strong brand equity, and aggressive growth targets, they are now hiring a technical, hands-on VP of Performance Marketing to lead and scale their paid media operation.
Reporting directly to the CEO (Canada), this is a high-impact executive mandate with full ownership of a substantial multi-million-dollar paid media budget and national lead generation performance.

- Full P&L accountability for paid acquisition performance
- Ownership of ROAS, CAC, LTV and marketing-sourced pipeline contribution
- Direct reporting to CEO and Board on growth efficiency and commercial impact
- Leadership of a large, multidisciplinary performance marketing team
- Tight alignment with Sales to maximize MQL-to-SQL conversion and revenue yield
- Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing paid media team
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards and performance governance
- Build a culture rooted in experimentation, accountability and commercial rigor
- Own and optimise a significant national paid media budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Drive high-volume, high-quality B2B lead generation aligned directly to sales revenue targets
- Architect advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation models and full-funnel targeting frameworks
- Implement rigorous experimentation across creative, landing pages, audiences and conversion journeys
- Continuously reduce CAC while increasing pipeline value, lead quality and sales velocity

- Brings 12+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, ideally within high-volume SME acquisition models
- Has personally managed and optimized large-scale, multi-million-dollar paid media budgets
- Is confident working directly inside Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Deeply understands bidding algorithms, attribution modelling and conversion architecture
- Can independently interpret performance data and challenge assumptions
- Has built, scaled and performance-managed sizeable marketing teams
- Is commercially fluent, understanding pipeline economics, sales cycles and revenue attribution
- Thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments
