Here at The Portfolio Group we are working with an award winning, industry leading consultancy who are based in Hinckley. They are looking for a Sales Manager, ideally someone who has experience as a Sales Manager or someone who is a Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.
Day-to-day as a Sales Manager:
- Coaching and training the telesales team
- Interviews for the recruiting of new staff
- Developing and managing CRM system for data and leads
- Liaising with other departments such as the field based BDMs
- Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Always seeking new ways for team improvement
What you bring to the team as a Sales Manager:
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead for a phone based sales role
- Proven track record of coaching
- Experience to build, manage and drive sales with a high performing team
What you get in return as a Sales Manager:
- Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE OTE £60,000
- Access to a 24/7 onsite gym
- Annual trips to Miami, Monaco, Dubai
