      What You’ll Do:

      As a Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them discover how our client’s cutting-edge HR platform can simplify operations and transform their business.

      Your goal? Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team and fuel new revenue growth.

      • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
      • Secure and qualify 3+ appointments daily
      • Partner with a Business Development Manager to convert meetings into deals
      • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
      • Be the driving force behind new business growth

      What We’re Looking For:

      • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience preferred but not required (cold calling preferred)
      • Proven success in hitting KPIs and targets
      • High energy, self-motivated, and competitive spirit
      • Coachable, with a hunger to learn and grow
      • Grit, resilience, and a personality that stands out
