We’re on the hunt for a Client Engagement & Onboarding Specialist!
In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our new clients – welcoming them onboard, guiding them through their initial setup, and making sure they get the very best out of our services from day one!
Day to Day
- Proactively contact new clients to schedule onboarding calls and ensure a smooth start
- Deliver engaging walkthroughs of our consultancy systems and tools
- Act as the go-to support during a client’s first 30 days, keeping accurate records of every interaction
- Spot disengaged users and offer tailored training to re-engage them
- Take ownership of any service issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
- Host online demonstrations and webinars to showcase our consultancy solutions
- Hit and exceed personal KPIs while contributing to team success
- Always champion exceptional client experience to boost satisfaction and retention
YOU?
- Previous customer service experience (telephone-based preferred)
- A confident communicator who can adapt to different client needs and levels of technical know-how
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for client success
- Strong organisational skills and accountability for your own product knowledge
