Job Overview
The role requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant solutions and advice to clients by telephone and email in all aspects of Revenue guidelines and applicable HR and Employment Law in relation to payroll. This will in turn support the business needs of individual clients whilst highlighting any commercial options that are non-compliant and the risks these present. This role requires a particular focus on attention to detail and a strong client focus.
Monitor Consultants’ diaries, ensuring bookings are made in line with protocol and cancelled appointments are backfilled as a priority
- Ensure that personal knowledge of Revenue guidelines and applicable HR and Employment Law in relation to payroll is continually updated.
- Achieve measured set performance aims to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set SLAs to provide efficient solution-based advice, either by phone, email or video call depending on client preference. This will be predominately call advice and adjusted accordingly by your caseload whilst being available for the clients.
- Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
- Log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
- Provide clients with bespoke supporting information/documentation to assist them in implementing the solutions and the advice provided.
- Advise in line with the Peninsula documentation provided for our clients.
- Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into account in each case.
- Refer to Company internal training and legal updates to ensure that advice provided is compliant with our services.
- Undertake and report on client visits as required by Management.
- Provide advice ranging in scope from statutory payment calculations and holiday calculations right through to SSP queries and advice on PAYE tax and PRSI.
- Offer clients options regarding subscription to other products and services we provide and make such introductions accordingly.
- Carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Management Team.
The successful candidate will bring:
- IPASS Qualification, and CIPD or Bachelors in Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and Revenue guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills
- Professional and confident manner when interacting with clients
