      Portfolio Payroll are recruiting for a top, award winning chartered accountancy who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

      Responsibilities will include:

      • Ensuring accurate end to end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients
      • Manage and payroll changes via T&A system
      • Inputting data where necessary and running validation checks for payroll
      • Communicating with team and wider payroll teams
      • Dealing and responding to payroll queries
      • Monitoring SSP, SMP and statutory payments

      Required experience:

      • Previous experience processing payroll in an accountancy or bureau environment
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong manual calculations
