      Are you a proven sales leader who thrives on transforming teams and driving performance? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director for Eastern Canada who excels in optimizing sales team performance.

      As a Regional Sales Director – East, you will lead the development and performance of our Outside Business Development Managers (field-sales BDMs) across your assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance through proactive coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring. By leveraging your expertise, you will enhance sales revenue, maximize profitability, and foster growth in alignment with our company’s vision and values.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Analyze sales figures and pipelines to create actionable plans that drive revenue.
      • Need to personally close atleast 8 new businesses per quarter.
      • Collaborate with Sales Management to identify performance gaps and implement training/coaching solutions.
      • Evaluate lead sources, set clear targets, and track performance for maximum ROI.
      • Conduct regular coaching sessions & monthly reviews to plan ahead and refine strategies.
      • Support BDMs with impactful proposals and presentations, in and out the field.
      • Ensure accurate, well-managed sales pipelines.
      • Partner with Telemarketing & Sales Training to align inside/outside sales, run workshops, and hit team sales targets.
      • Hold BDMs accountable to activity levels, KPIs, and performance standards.
      • Spot sales trends and collaborate on training solutions to stay ahead.
      • Provide clear, insightful reporting to leadership.
      • Inspire your team to consistently exceed goals across prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closures.

      What You Bring to the Team

      • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales leadership or management role.
      • Proven track record coaching and developing field-based sales teams.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and optimize results.
      • Confident communicator with excellent coaching and feedback skills.
      • A results-oriented leader who sets clear goals and drives accountability.
      • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to leverage feedback.
      • Flexibility to travel across the region/Western Canada in a fast-paced environment.
