      The Opportunity

      As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be at the helm of an ambitious, high-performing sales team that’s passionate about growth and achieving results. This is your chance to manage and mentor a talented team, drive performance, and play a pivotal role in our success story. Your ideas and feedback will be crucial as we continue to scale, and you’ll be directly influencing our sales strategies and conversions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead, train, and coach a team of up to 15 SDRs and AEs
      • Optimize CRM systems to enhance data tracking and lead generation.
      • Provide regular sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
      • Actively walk the sales floor, motivating the team and ensuring KPI achievement.
      • Analyze sales data to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
      • Manage campaigns and identify fresh incentives to drive sales growth.
      • Continuously enhance sales processes for maximum conversions and team performance.

      What You Bring to the Team:

      • Min. 3 years strong track record of managing a telephone-based sales department.
      • A consultative and data-driven approach to sales management.
      • A passion for coaching and developing talent.
      • Expertise in B2B sales environments and managing outbound teams.
      • Strong decision-making abilities and a consultative sales approach.
      • Proactive, with the ability to coach, manage pipelines, and plan successful sales campaigns.
