Lead, Drive and Take Charge of the GTM Strategy for a Global HR SaaS Leader!
Location: Downtown Toronto (Union Station) / Monday-Friday: 8:45am-5pm
Reports to: CEO (Canada) & Group Board

The Opportunity
As our Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire a 50+ person sales force (inside & field sales).
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets across Canada.
- Building, creating, implement strategic GTM strategies to bring the product further to market.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams.
- Partner with Marketing to generate demand and maximize pipeline performance.
- Deliver critical insights to the CEO and Group Board and influence global strategy.
- Shape and execute best-in-class sales processes that scale.
What You Bring
- Proven success leading large, high-performance sales teams (inside + field) in the SMB market (REQUIRED)
- Experience driving growth in SME-focused B2B sales environments.
- Strong business acumen – confident analyzing KPIs, margins, and growth levers.
- A hands-on leader who motivates, coaches, and holds teams accountable.
- Board-level communication skills with the ability to influence at the top.
- Resilience, ambition, and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial SaaS environment.
