About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to help shape the future of our QA strategy, drive automation efforts, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and performance of our digital products. You’ll be joining a growing team during an exciting period of tech transformation and product expansion.
This is more than a typical QA role – it’s your chance to influence testing processes, mentor others, and innovate with automation tools in a company committed to quality and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute test plans in collaboration with product owners and developers
- Work across manual and automated testing strategies
- Help drive the automation journey using tools like Selenium, Postman, and others
- Mentor junior team members and share QA best practices
- Identify areas for quality improvement across the SDLC
- Keep up to date with industry trends and implement improvements proactively
What You Bring
- Proven experience in both manual and automated QA testing
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and test management platforms
- Ability to plan, structure, and prioritize testing at different levels of development
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor peers
- Passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused digital products
