Our client is a dynamic and ambitious insurance company based in the heart of Manchester, and they’re on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to help them drive data-led decisions as they scale. If you’re passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights and thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment – they’d love to meet you.
5 days on site | £40,000 per year
What You’ll Do:
- Collect, clean, and analyse internal data to uncover trends and business insights
- Develop dashboards and reports for various teams to support strategic decisions
- Work closely with Operations, Underwriting, and Finance, supporting key initiatives
- Identify opportunities for business improvements through data analysis
- Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Working independently, using own initiative to deliver valuable outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious, problem-solving mindset
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not essential
- Willingness to compliment a small, dedicate team by performing roles outside the scope of a Data Analyst
