Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: Remote – must be located in Canada
Our client is an outsourced payroll provider that works across both Canada and the US. They are actively seeking a payroll specialist to join the organization to manage client payrolls.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage 10-12 clients payroll for up to 500+ employees
- comfortable working with weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly pay frequencies
- strong compliance and legislative knowledge for Canada and/or the US
- comfortable working independently, able to manage and organize your time
- strong year end experience with T4s, T4As, T2200s
- clear and concise communicator able to connect remotely with clients via teams / email / phone
- tech saavy able to learn inhouse systems

- base salary 75,000-85,000
