Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: London, ON (100% Onsite)
Our client, a well-established Canadian organization in the agriculture and manufacturing sector, is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys ownership, process improvement, and working in a hands-on environment.
Overview:
- Reporting to the finance leadership team
- Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing from start to finish
- Processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple provinces
- Strong practical experience with Dayforce payroll required
- Manage payroll changes including hires, terminations, leaves and adjustments
- Responsible for payroll reconciliations, remittances and year-end activities
- Support payroll audits, reporting and process improvements
- Partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- PCP designation completed or in progress considered an asset
- Strong Excel skills including reporting and data analysis
