Role: Bilingual Payroll Specialist
Location: Montreal 3 x onsite
Our client in Quebec is seeking a Payroll Specialist experienced with UKG systems to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll using UKG for 700+ employees.

Maintain payroll data and ensure accuracy of employee information.

Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and year-end reporting.

Ensure compliance with Quebec payroll laws and company policies.

Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related reporting and audits.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in Quebec.

Proficiency with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) payroll systems.

Strong knowledge of Quebec and Canadian payroll legislation.
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
- PCP certification considered an asset
