🚀 What You’ll Be doing
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound tactics including cold calling and networking
- Understand client needs and present customised solutions that add real value
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute directly to company growth
- Log all activity and client interactions in the CRM with precision
- Collaborate with marketing and fellow sales team members to align strategies and share insights
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years’ experience in outbound B2B sales with proven results
- Confident communicator with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Highly driven self-starter who thrives on targets and rewards
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
🎁 What You’ll Receive
- £24,000 – £27,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Guaranteed £250 bonus each month for your first 3 months
- Uncapped commission structure, with a realistic OTE of £38,000 – £45,000
