Do you have experience working in a recruitment or Human Resources team with the ability to handle a heavy workflow?
Our client is seeking a strong, experienced recruitment/TA admin co-ordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Director and the EMEA recruitment team in securing top talent for their world leading media and entertainment companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview scheduling across the region using the Applicant Tracking System, (currently Smart Recruiters).
- Engage and build strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates, managing general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition.
- Update and distribute monthly internal communications as directed by the Director, TA.
- Consolidate and distribute monthly business updates on behalf of the EMEA team.
- Prepare purchase orders and managing SAP processes on behalf of the EMEA team.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System as required
- Support Recruiters in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required.
- Provide support with posting adverts and updating branding on job boards.
- Support EMEA TA & global branding team in preparing social media posts and campaigns.
- Help to prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for the EMEA TA team.
- Help facilitate TA meetings, training or presentations as required by the TA Director.
- Support recruiters in reviewing applications for associate level roles with guidance where time permits.
- Support Early Careers administration and in setting up Assessments Centres and other events during peak periods.
- Preparing passes, greeting candidates/ other visitors and showing them around the offices.
About you:
- Experience working within a recruiting/Human Resources team
- Strong administration skills
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System coupled with strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organised and ability to follow through on tasks
- Attention to detail – accurate, detailed and thorough approach to work and maintaining accurate records.
Other:
The role will be office based 3 days per week, working from home Monday and Fridays.
