Base Salary: $100k-$110k + Bonus Structure

The Opportunity
As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be at the helm of an ambitious, high-performing sales team that’s passionate about growth and achieving results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and coach a team of up to 15 SDRs and AEs
- Optimize CRM systems to enhance data tracking and lead generation.
- Provide regular sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Actively walk the sales floor, motivating the team and ensuring KPI achievement.
- Analyze sales data to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage campaigns and identify fresh incentives to drive sales growth.
- Continuously enhance sales processes for maximum conversions and team performance.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Min. 3 years strong track record of managing a telephone-based sales department.
- A consultative and data-driven approach to sales management.
- A passion for coaching and developing talent.
- Expertise in B2B sales environments and managing outbound teams.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a consultative sales approach.
- Proactive, with the ability to coach, manage pipelines, and plan successful sales campaigns.
