      We’re looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join a friendly team and ensure our people are paid accurately, on time, and supported with a high‑quality benefits experience.       Key Responsibilities

      • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for monthly cycles
      • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations

      • Resolve payroll queries and provide clear guidance to employees and managers
      • Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
