This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing digital marketing team responsible for driving customer acquisition at scale across international markets.
As a Paid Search Optimisation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimising paid search campaigns designed to drive subscription growth and maximise return on investment. You’ll work alongside media strategists, analytics teams, and platform partners to deliver best-in-class performance marketing campaigns.
Day to Day
- Own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns focused on customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Apple Search Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement data-led improvements.
- Analyse campaign results and performance signals to drive continual growth and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Media Strategy teams to understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Recommend and implement innovative Paid Search strategies, automation solutions, and testing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Paid Social, Programmatic, and broader Performance Marketing teams.
YOU?
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on Paid Search experience managing campaigns directly within advertising platforms.
- Strong experience delivering performance-driven campaigns with a focus on conversion optimisation and customer acquisition.
- Solid understanding of attribution modelling, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
- Experience working with app campaigns and mobile measurement platforms (e.g. Kochava or similar) would be highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data and producing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience working within subscription, streaming, entertainment, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer businesses would be highly beneficial.
- Adaptable, proactive, and excited by testing, learning, and continuous optimisation.
