🌍 HR OPERATIONS MANAGER 📍 Hybrid – 3 days in-office | London

We are working with a leading company who are seeking a HR Operations Manager to join their team.
You will be joining a growing organisation. This role will take ownership of the operational delivery of HR services driving consistency and efficiency across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible to lead a small, dedicated team which working very closely with the HR Director on strategic people initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Operations functions, ensuring all HR services are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
- Manage and optimise the HRIS (RSM) driving data integrity and system utilisation across the business.
- Oversee payroll operations in partnership with Finance and external providers.
- Own and continuously improve all employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, changes, and leavers
- Produce and analyse regular HR data reports, including key metrics such as Gender Pay Gap reporting
- Lead reward and benefits processes – salary benchmarking, annual reviews, and bonus administration
- Support wider business transformation projects, including restructures, acquisitions, and integrations
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures across HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee
- Relations
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk ER matters when required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR audits, policies, and legal obligations
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and service delivery
Key Requirements:
- Experience in an HR Operations Manager role, including team management
- Strong understanding of UK employment law, payroll, and HR compliance
- Experience of managing reward cycles, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with and optimising HRIS platforms
