      The Role
      As a Trainee Business Sales Consultant, you’ll join a dynamic sales team in Manchester. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in consultative B2B sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and progress quickly within a global organisation.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Prospect and contact potential business clients by phone and email.
      • Book high-quality appointments for the Business Development team.
      • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries.
      • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
      • Develop your sales skills with full training and mentoring.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • A driven and ambitious self-starter with a passion for sales.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Resilient, positive, and motivated by targets and success.
      • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
      • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
