      I’m supporting a leading organisation in their search for a Events Superstar to take charge of their growing events programme in Ireland. This is your chance to shape and deliver high-impact digital and in-person events that directly drive business growth.

      You’ll be the go-to person for all things events – planning, delivery, and follow-up – reporting to the Head of Digital Growth.

      From sourcing speakers and curating content to ensuring the right audience is in the room, you’ll have full ownership. You’ll also play a key role in optimising processes, managing CRM data, and collaborating with sales and marketing to turn events into measurable results.

      Day to Day

      Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of 150+ events annually. This hands-on role demands a proactive approach to event management, ensuring each event is a resounding success.

      • Plan, manage, and follow up on all digital and in-person events to maximize new business opportunities.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and cultivate relationships with external event partners.
      • Handle every event detail, from sourcing speakers and content creation to venue coordination and logistics.
      • Work with internal communications, PR, and marketing teams to promote events effectively.
      • Manage invitations and team workflows using our CRM system.
      • Write and proofread marketing materials related to events.
      • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce top-notch event collateral.
      • Ensure the right audience is invited, maximizing attendance and business opportunities.
      • Build strong relationships with the Business Sales Team to fully leverage event potential.
      • Maintain accurate records of event metrics and provide insights at management meetings.
      • Share and implement successful strategies across different territories.
