We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing HR professional to join our fast-paced Consultancy Services team. In this role, you will provide specialized HR support with a primary focus on creating, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality employment documentation. You will act as a dedicated partner to our clients, ensuring their HR materials are professional, compliant, and tailored to their unique business needs.
Work environment: 5 days in office, Downtown Toronto off Union station
Compensation Range: $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily focus will be on delivering expert documentation and maintaining strong client relationships through the following:
- Client Consultation: Conduct meetings via digital platforms (and occasionally onsite) to develop and review employment documentation that aligns with established best practices and internal procedures.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Provide expert advice on document content, identifying potential risk areas and offering commercially sound solutions to ensure legal compliance.
- Relationship Building: Proactively build rapport with clients, positioning yourself as a seamless extension of their business and ensuring a personalized service experience.
- Workflow Excellence: Manage a high-volume workload while meeting strict KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will own client projects from initial outreach to final resolution.
- Service Integration: Educate clients on available products and tools that can further support their business, while actively seeking feedback to enhance our service reputation.
- Continuous Development: Stay updated on HR trends, employment law changes, and internal legal updates to ensure all documentation remains current and accurate.
- Reporting: Diligently record all client interactions and work progress using internal management systems.
What You Bring to the Team
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for precision and client satisfaction:
- Credentials: CHRP designation is mandatory or working towards.
- Experience: Proven background in a Human Resources or employment law role, with specific experience in drafting policies and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English and word processing abilities, paired with confident verbal communication skills for video conferences, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Attention to Detail: An unwavering focus on accuracy and the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Resilience: The ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
