With a high-performing team in place and a product gaining real market traction, the business is now entering a pivotal stage. As the founder shifts focus toward product and innovation, they’re looking for a trusted operator to step into a senior leadership role – someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day execution and lead commercial strategy with pace and precision.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad and influential leadership role at a high-growth company. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder and senior team to shape commercial strategy, streamline operations, and build a scalable, resilient business.
Expect to wear multiple hats – from refining go-to-market plans to embedding operational best practices and leading a small, ambitious team.
YOU?
We’re looking for a commercially minded generalist with:
- Senior-level experience in a start-up or fast-moving SME
- A strong track record of driving revenue and leading across sales, partnerships, and marketing
- Operational depth – confident building processes, managing performance, and navigating complexity
- Leadership capability – someone people trust, follow, and are energised by
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder’s mindset
- Availability to be in Central London 3 days per week
