The Role
This position will see the successful candidate take full ownership of recruitment activity across a range of UK business areas. Operating as the dedicated Talent Acquisition partner, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient process and a great experience for every applicant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire hiring journey across all functions – from initial role scoping through to offer and handover
- Work alongside hiring managers to understand upcoming resourcing needs and share market insights
- Actively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, presenting strong, well-assessed shortlists
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all candidates
- Organise interview logistics and support the offer process through to onboarding
- Produce regular recruitment updates and reports for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to employer brand activity where required
Candidate Profile
- Background in internal recruitment or agency talent acquisition
- Comfortable managing several vacancies at once across different teams
- Strong sourcing capability with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously
- Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, retail, or similar industries is helpful but not essential
