      Salesforce Administrator

      5 days in office – Downtown Toronto off of King/Union station

      Full time, Permanent

      A fantastic opportunity is available for a passionate and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join a fast-paced and expanding organization. This role sits within a dedicated Salesforce Team, where you will play a key part in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions that align with departmental goals and broader business strategies.

      We are looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of Salesforce, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit to help support and enhance our Salesforce platform across the organization.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Act as a primary administrator for the organization’s Salesforce CRM environment.
      • Manage daily administrative tasks, including user setup, report and dashboard creation, and the configuration of workflows and process automation tools.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment, including liaising with Salesforce support as needed.
      • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation to support internal teams.
      • Provide continuous support and work collaboratively on improvements and feature enhancements to the platform.
      • Partner with business analysts to conduct end-to-end testing in QA and UAT environments ahead of releases.
      • Track and manage tasks and support issues using tools like Jira.
      • Stay current on Salesforce updates, features, and industry best practices.

      Required Skills and Experience:

      • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are required.
      • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce environments.
      • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
      • Previous experience working with Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
      • Skilled in using data management tools, such as Data Loader.
      • Experience with AppExchange applications – installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
      • Preferred: Background in Salesforce development, including APEX.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to achieve business objectives.
      • Confident in managing reporting and dashboards for a range of cross-functional teams.
      • Familiarity with e-signature tools and Nintex for generating documents via Salesforce workflows.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
