      We’re partnering with a globally renowned luxury retail brand to find a talented Reward Manager who can elevate their reward strategy to match the prestige of their products. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic name in luxury, where people are as valued as the designs they create. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development and delivery of reward initiatives across the business, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment and brand values.. From shaping global compensation frameworks to driving performance-related pay and benefits innovative, your expertise will make a real impact.

      Duties to include:

      • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits programmes against industry standards.
      • Ensure compliance with all regulations related to compensation and benefits.
      • Manage aspects of performance management, talent, and well-being.
      • Work closely with the People Solutions and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
      • Oversee the management and communication of our benefits offering, including health insurance, clothing allocation, service awards, cycle scheme, well-being platforms and other employee benefits.
      • Contribute to projects related to compensation and benefits like gender pay gap or implementation of EU directives.
      • Manage the annual compensation process from end to end, including budget planning, salary & bonus benchmarking and analysis, and the implementation of salary decisions.
      • Submit annual reports for salary benchmarking by matching employees to pay codes using the WTW framework.
      • Manage survey vendor relationships and company’s participation in salary and variable compensation surveys.

      The ideal candidate will have:

      • Proven experience at a Reward Manager level
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
      • Excellent program management skills, knowledge of annual review processes and WTW Job Grading methodology and benchmark process
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
      • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once and prioritise workloads
