      Portfolio are delighted to be working with our client on this exciting role. They are looking for an experienced Reward Advisor to join their busy Reward Team.

      This is a great opportunity to join a very established business and a fun, hardworking Team. As the Reward Advisor you will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of the Company’s benefits initiatives to enhance our overall employee experience. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Company’s benefits strategy for the future, ensuring accuracy, compliance and engagement across all elements of reward and benefits as well as taking a lead role in the development of processes across the team.

      What’s involved

      Reward & Benefits

      • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits as required, e.g. Private Medical Insurance, Reward and Recognition Platform, Competitions and other Engagement Initiatives, Long Service Awards, New Babies, Weddings etc.
      • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all aspects of reward and benefits, including but not limited to benefits in kind, pensions, fleet, our wellbeing benefits etc.
      • Support the Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor with the delivery of the annual benefits calendar, including benefit renewals and wellbeing awareness days.
      • Work proactively with the wider People Team and managers across the business to fully embed our reward and benefits proposition, ensuring all opportunities for promotion are met, such as advertising, onboarding, induction etc.
      • Support the delivery of new Reward and Benefits initiatives as required

      Fleet

      • Support the fleet management processes, including but not limited to: – driving license checks; vehicle handovers; fuel card management; managing receipts, collections and allocations of company vehicles; tracker maintenance; liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain or repair company vehicles; overseeing motor claims; maintaining accurate records; managing all fines and penalty notices; maintain all paperwork in accordance with process requirements; management of the pool car
      • Ensure all rebates are received from suppliers where applicable.
      • See that all car allowances are properly recorded and Payroll are kept up to date with any changes
      • Track any changes in car allocation and ensure P46 car reporting is accurate with HMRC
      • Preparing and issuing the quarterly fleet declaration and other fleet reports as required.
      • Oversee the cost recovery process to ensure that all recharges are made and reconciled

      About you, you will have experience in

      • Identification and implementation of various company benefits, based on internal and external research
      • Providing a credible business case for change.
      • Maintenance and administration of a wide range of benefits, including salary sacrifice and insurances.
      • A solid understanding of benefit in kind and administering P11D statements
      • Previous experience in reward with an understanding of compensation (pay and bonus) and benefits practices.
      • Design and delivery of colleague engagement surveys and coordination of the follow up action
      • Job Evaluation / Grading systems and processes.
      • Working with different combinations of terms and conditions / complex data sets.
