      We are seeking experienced People and Culture Advisors to join a Global Media corporation on a 6-month contract basis.

      Do you have 1-2 years experience providing support to HRBP’s and Directors?. You will be accountable for providing seamless People and Culture generalist and administrative support and a front-line service in line with good practice.

      Role Accountabilities

      • Support the HRBP’s and leaders with all people and organisational change administration
      • Support the implementation of new initiatives coming from the specialist P&C CoE teams
      • General administration and coordination activities

      People Advisor – UK And Ireland Team

      Reporting to the Director, as well as the above you will have experience of first stage ER case investigations around sickness, grievance and disciplinaries (not complex or high level) and supporting with all associated administrative tasks.

      People Advisor – Corporate Support

      Reporting to the People and Culture Partner and the EMEA team. Working with the people and culture teams EG: inclusion, reward, recruitment and L&D. This position sits under the HRBP’s and provides admin support and note taking. The role holder will act as the key link between the HRBP’s and the HR central resource team regarding employee changes, promotions and operational HR.

      About you! For each role you will require ……

      • 1-2 years experience in a similar HR Advisor role
      • Strong organisational skills
      • Studying towards CIPD (desirable)
      • Must be able to demonstrate the capability to self-prioritise and manage complex and busy workloads

      Details:

      • Start 1st October 2025
      • 6-month temporary position
      • 3 days office based between 2 London locations
      • 37.5 hours per week
