      We are looking for a dynamic Internal Recruiter, to help our client as they go through a period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to either enter the Internal world from agency or you will have a couple of years’ experience working Internal in a recruitment role. Experience working as a sales recruiter would be beneficial, The team are brilliant and have a really working relationship with each other!

      You will proactively source, shortlist and screen diverse talent in order to fill vacancies and build a pipeline to timescale, cost and quality. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a candidate experience that builds brand advocacy and ensuring hiring managers stick to process

      What the role involves

      Attraction

      • Source candidates utilising all attraction methods available including adverts, social media, referrals and networking.
      • Create attractive job adverts using the standardised template and select suitable job boards for advertising.
      • Marketing of employee benefits, making prospective employees aware of the company and enhancing our reputation in the candidate market.

      Selection

      • Create and regularly engage with talent pools of suitable and diverse candidates in order to reduce time to hire.
      • Select candidates for pre-screens based on the requirements of the hiring manager and conduct 15-20 telephone screens per week.
      • Provide shortlists of relevant candidates to hiring managers for review.
      • Organise interviews and send relevant tests.
      • Provide constructive feedback to candidates.
      • Negotiate offers, send relevant paperwork, and ensure onboarding is completed.
      • Support hiring managers to make informed decisions regarding selection methodology e.g., interviews, testing, assessment centers etc.

      Stakeholder management

      • Conduct role briefs with hiring managers for approved roles, ensuring clarity on role requirements and an understanding of the team.
      • Constructively challenge hiring managers where appropriate.
      • Ensure hiring managers are made aware of the recruitment process and are kept up to date on progress.
      • Provide regular updates to Recruitment Manager, advising of any areas of concern.
      • Develop and maximise relationships with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
