Our client is seeking a part-time (minimum of 21 hours per week) HR professional to join one of their regional teams as an HR Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-level HR support including, support and empowerment of managers to deliver HR strategy and work in line with their policies and practices across the organisation. You will ensure the delivery of service level agreements and will expertly advise and assist on areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and absence management – minimising risk, identifying problem areas, and recommending corrective action.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates will hold Associate Membership of the CIPD, have relevant up-to-date experience of employment legislation of codes and practice and experience of managing TUPE.
The role is part-time (minimum, 21 hours per week) with flexibility for hybrid working.
