      Join a dynamic and forward – thinking business services organisation as a HR / Reward Administrator, where you will support Reward consultants with end-to-end projects managing the administration. In this role you will receive full training around the rewards sector from a team that hold a huge amount of knowledge across HR / Rewards. This role will allow you to have fully exposure to a range of reward strategies and clients, upskilling you in both administration and client liaising.

      Duties to include:

      • Assist with the preparation of bespoke and standard market rate reports using market data and internal processes and databases
      • Support with job evaluation and benchmarking activities by reviewing role profiles and matching roles to survey data
      • Liaise with clients to gather required data needed for projects ensuring all information is accurate
      • Clean, collate and assist with analysing data using excel to support database enrichment
      • Work closely with the team to track project processes, maintain data logs and help manage delivery processes and deadlines
      • Contribute to the development of online platforms
      • Provide general administrative support to the reward team including client calls, job evaluation training etc

      The ideal candidate will have:

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
      • Have an interest within HR / HR related degree is a bonus

      This role is a full time, permanent role that is 5 days a week in the Hinckley, Leicestershire office.
