🌍 Project Analyst – Global Rewards & Compensation (Media Industry)
📍 Hybrid – 3 days in-office | London
💰 Up to £230/day | Temporary with potential to go permanent
We’re working with a leading media company seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support ongoing global compensation initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in analysing, collating, and summarising compensation data across international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in rewards and compensation, and proven ability to manage data-heavy tasks in Excel.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in global compensation or rewards roles
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with ability to distil complex data into clear insights
- Previous experience in a project-based or analyst role
The Role:
- Support a range of global compensation projects at one time
- Work closely with HR and compensation teams across regions
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries
Details:
- Day Rate: Up to £230/day (inside IR35)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Temporary, with a view to go permanent
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in central London office
