Kicking off August 11^th, 2025, this four-week, award-winning program equips you with everything you need to succeed – in-depth product knowledge, expert coaching, and modern sales techniques that set you apart.

What You’ll Receive:

• Base Salary: $50,000 starting, with performance-based increases
• First-Year Earnings: Realistic OTE of $80,000- $100K- uncapped commission!
• Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage
• Location: Downtown Toronto, 5-minute walk from Union Station
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM

• Have experience in sales (phone or in-person is a plus)

In This Role, You’ll:

• Speak with business owners and decision-makers to identify their HR & Health & Safety needs
• Promote innovative SaaS-based people management solutions
• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to book meetings for the field sales team
• Log activity and progress in Salesforce
