What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning end‑to‑end payroll delivery across a growing and diverse workforce
- Ensuring full compliance with UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and internal controls
- Supporting continuous improvement projects as the business scales
- Partnering with HR, Finance, and operational teams to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Bringing insight, accuracy, and a forward‑thinking approach to every payroll cycle
