Portfolio HR & Reward are currently partnering with a pioneering national educational charity to find a proactive Reward & Benefits Manager for their London team. This organisation is dedicated to empowering the next generation, and you will be at the heart of an employee experience that supports thousands of staff across the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Reward & Benefits, you will be the lead expert for both pay structures and a diverse suite of perks. You will focus on:
- Pay & Reward: Leading annual reviews, job evaluations, and ensuring fair, market-leading pay practices.
- Benefits Management: Handling the renewal and administration of pensions, life assurance, PMI, and retail discounts.
- Engagement: Acting as the primary contact for staff enquiries and creating communications that bring the benefits suite to life.
- EVP & Strategy: Utilising benchmarking and data to keep the Employee Value Proposition competitive and fresh.
What You Will Bring
- Credentials: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience. A specialism in Compensation and Benefits is highly desirable.
- Technical Know-How: Solid experience with DB/DC pensions and managing complex benefit renewals.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations for non-experts.
- Approach: A collaborative, “pitch-in” attitude with high attention to detail.
